Cancellation and transfer terms

Changing your personal info, name etc. (via the registration system, free of charge)

You can make changes to your personal data (e.g. change of address, change of email or change of phone number) in the registration system until Friday 21 February 2025. It is no longer possible to make changes on race day.

Transfer registration for the next year

Transfer fee: 10 € 

You can buy transfer fee when registering. With transfer fee you can transfer your participation to the next year event. The price of transfer fee is 10 €. 

Please note that you can only make the transfer once!

Transfer insurance fee cannot be purchased afterwards. Unused transfer security is not returned. Please note that you can only make the transfer once. Transfer insurance is personal and cannot be transferred to another participant. We don't accept any medical reports.

Transferring the right of participate to another person 

You can transfer the right to participate in the same series and event to another participant until Friday 21st of February 2025.

Race or bib number is personal and should not to be given to another person.

How to change distance or series

Please notice, it's not possible to change or transfer the series after Friday 21st February 2025!

Change fee: 10 € (+ price difference)

For transfers from a cheaper series to a more expensive one, in addition to the change fee of 10 €, an amount corresponding to the difference in participation fees and a possible change in the price step will be charged. We do not refund the price difference when transferring from a more expensive series to a cheaper one.

Cancellation of participation

You do not need to notify the contest organizer if you do not participate in the contest

The participation fee is not refundable, not even with a medical certificate

When registering, you can buy transfer insurance 10 €, which allows you to transfer your participation to the following year's event
